Eugenio Franzò
Eugenio Franzò
Graphic artist, painter and illustrator
Eugenio Franzò was born in Udine in 1959 and has lived and worked in Venice for many years, a city with which he has developed a profound artistic and cultural dialogue.
His education is of a scientific-artistic nature at the university level, a path that allowed him to develop a rigorous and structured vision of the image. In his research journey, he had the opportunity to deepen his study of the visual arts also through comparison with the master G. De Battista, gradually approaching the language of graphics and painting.
Subsequently, he attended courses in Printmaking and Illustration at the International School of Graphics in Venice, one of the most important centers in Europe for research on fine art graphics, consolidating his sensitivity for line, composition and the construction of the image.
Over the course of more than forty years of artistic activity, Eugenio Franzò has participated in numerous exhibitions, shows and art fairs in Italy and abroad, developing a body of painting recognizable for its formal elegance and narrative intensity.
His works are distinguished by a refined, delicate and sensual painting, imbued with mystery and emotional suggestions. The figures, often female, emerge from layered settings where graphic line, pictorial matter and colors build atmospheres suspended between reality and imagination.
The dynamic perspective cutsand compositional construction guide the viewer's gaze with great naturalness, revealing a profound capacity for observation and visual synthesis. Through his art, Franzò offers a reflection on time, memory and identity, evoking fragments of the past that intertwine with contemporary sensibility.
His compositions thus become narrative spaces where the pictorial gesture, elegant and controlled, dialogues with a poetic and visionary dimension, offering the viewer an intense and engaging visual experience.
