Description of the work

In Free Fall, Giorgio De Camillis captures a moment of dynamism and poetic suspension. A female figure is caught in the instant of a dive or a controlled descent into the unknown, immersed in a golden atmosphere that seems to negate gravity.

The tension of the body cuts diagonally across the space and suggests freedom and trusting surrender. The warm light blends with the lines of the figure, transforming the physical act into a metaphor for the inner journey and the courage to let go.
