Photographer: Lory Nox
Title: Bloom
Type: fine art photography
Year: contemporary

Description of the work

In Bloom, Lory Nox captures the suspended stillness of a winter forest. Bare branches stand out against a veiled sky, in a balance of grays and whites that evokes the silence of nature before awakening. The soft light gives the composition depth and an almost sculptural quality.

The work belongs to Lory Nox's photographic exploration of the natural landscape of the Trieste area and the Karst: familiar places transformed by light and atmosphere into visions suspended between documentation and visual poetry.
