In L'Oltre, a small human silhouette observes a solitary tree on a hill, under a dramatic and cloud-filled sky. Faced with the vastness of the landscape, their presence transforms the scene into an act of spiritual quest.
The tree becomes a symbol of what lies beyond the visible: mystery, transcendence, the beyond. Aldo Palin's photography reads the landscape as a mirror of the inner self, where light and atmosphere open a threshold between the visible and the invisible.
