Description of the work

In L’Oltre, the artist creates a scene immersed in a rarefied atmosphere, where the boundary between the tangible world and the dreamlike dimension fades in the warmth of a golden mist. The composition, rigorous and symmetrical, is defined by two bare trees that frame an empty bench, a symbol of waiting and silent reflection.

The landscape is not merely a physical place, but a state of mind. The color gradation, which shifts from the deep earth tones of the base toward an ethereal and luminous yellow, suggests a transition: the passage from the heaviness of matter to the lightness of thought. In this suspended setting, a small, solitary silhouette crosses the horizon, representing the individual journey toward the unknown or toward a new awareness.

The work addresses the theme of the inner journey: the mist is not an obstacle, but a veil that protects the intimacy of thought, transforming solitude into a moment of sacred connection with the infinite.
