Description of the work
In L’Ora d’Ombra, Aldo Palin captures a rural landscape under a dramatic and tense sky. The silhouettes of the pruned poplar trees stand out like natural architecture against the moving clouds, evoking the cyclical nature of the seasons and a sense of transition. The low-angled light transforms the field into a scene of great emotional power, suspended between the ending day and the approaching night.
The work belongs to Aldo Palin's photographic research on the landscape as a mirror of human interiority: real places transformed by light and atmosphere into thresholds between the visible and the invisible.
