Title: The Beginning of Music
Type: fine art photography
Year: contemporary

Description of the work

In The Beginning of Music, Giorgio De Camillis creates a scene of suspended lyricism, where nature and culture meet in a silent dialogue. A male figure in a suit holds a guitar between two twin trees that form a natural arch, as if the forest itself were listening.

The symmetry of the composition relates the verticality of the trees to the musician's posture. The work explores the origin of music as a universal language and the moment when silence transforms into sound.
