Description of the work

In Storm of the Soul, Giorgio De Camillis captures a moment of intense drama, in which human fragility confronts the power of the elements. A female figure, caught in a gesture of vulnerability and searching, is immersed in an atmosphere suspended between heaven and earth.

The lines of the body and the hair in motion dialogue with the invisible forces of the scene. The dark tones of the background contrast with the light on the figure and transform the storm into an inner state. The work reflects on resilience and the courage to cross one's own storms, converting vulnerability and fear into strength and awareness.
