Description of the work

In Trasparenze dell'Anima, Giorgio De Camillis explores the fragility and strength of the human body through chromatic overlays. The central figure, captured in a moment of surrender, seems to emerge and at the same time merge with a texture of cerulean tones and luminous highlights.

The visual double exposure creates a dialogue between the physicality of the subject and the abstraction of the elements that pass through it. The cool tones of blue tell the contrast between reflective interiority and the outside world, while the body becomes a landscape of curves, shadows, and memory.

The image invites us to look beyond the surface, seeking a spiritual and sensory connection with that which remains invisible.
