Photographer: Lory Nox
Title: Nature
Type: fine art photography
Year: contemporary

Description of the work

In Nature, Lory Nox depicts purple bellflowers emerging from a dark, deep background. The contrast between the luminous petals and the surrounding darkness gives the image an almost painterly quality, reminiscent of the Flemish still-life tradition. The light shapes the botanical details and creates a dialogue between delicacy, depth, and texture.

The work belongs to Lory Nox's photographic exploration of the natural world: botanical details transformed by light into compositions of great formal elegance.
