In L’Ora di Pietra, Giorgio De Camillis creates a rarefied scene in which the tangible body and the dreamlike dimension merge through chromatic and material overlays. Fragmented textures frame a reclining nude, an image of surrender and psychological refuge.
The color palette transitions from electric blues and deep purples to an ethereal, luminous white, suggesting the passage from the heaviness of the flesh to the lightness of thought. Abstract veins traverse the image like traces of an inner journey.
