Type: fine art photography
Year: contemporary

Description of the work

In Portizza, Lory Nox captures an urban scene in the rain. A solitary figure with an umbrella walks along a wet street, while reflections on the pavement multiply lights and shadows in a compelling visual interplay. The black-and-white format accentuates the image's cinematic quality and evokes a melancholic, poetic atmosphere.

The work is part of Lory Nox's photographic exploration of the urban landscape of Trieste: the city becomes a stage for silent encounters, where rain transforms the everyday into something extraordinary.
