Photographer: Lory Nox
Title: La nebbia
Type: fine art photography
Year: contemporary

Description of the work

In La nebbia, Lory Nox depicts bare trees enveloped in an ethereal, luminous fog. The branches intertwine against the diffused white of the sky, creating a graphic pattern of great delicacy. The absence of color accentuates the abstract quality of the composition and transforms the winter landscape into an image of form and light.

The work belongs to Lory Nox's photographic exploration of the natural landscape of the Trieste area and the Karst: familiar places transformed by light and atmosphere into visions suspended between documentation and visual poetry.
