Contemporary artist, painter, performer, and writer, Ivano Petrucci develops an intense and deeply emotional expressive research, in which color, gesture, and matter become tools of inner exploration. Graduated from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma, over the years he has built an artistic path characterized by a strong contamination between figuration and contemporary expressionism.

His painting is born from the movements of the soul and the psychological dynamics of the human figure, transformed into chromatic vibrations and visual tensions. Faces, masks, and bodies become emotional mirrors through which the observer is involved in an intense sensory experience, suspended between reality and introspection. The strength of color, often bright and instinctive, dialogues with the gestural movement derived also from his experience as an artistic performer.

In his path he has participated in exhibitions, awards, and art fairs in Italy and abroad, taking part in institutional projects and international artistic residencies, including the experience at ADAH – Abu Dhabi Art Hub in the United Arab Emirates. His works have been exhibited in significant contemporary contexts and today are part of private and public collections both in Italy and abroad.

Alongside painting, Petrucci carries out a multidisciplinary research that combines performance art, writing, and visual experimentation. His production stands out for the ability to transform emotions, fragilities, and inner identities into powerful and engaging images, where the energy of the sign meets the psychological depth of the subject.
